Real estate can be confusing.

Selling our house was by far one of the more difficult processes I have gone through. We put the house on the market in March literally when the world shut down because of COVID.
We had a buyer, lost the buyer.

Then we had a solid offer and we were ready to close 7/15, but wait. Not quite.
4 extensions later due to multiple circumstances that were mostly no ones fault, but none the less frustrating!!

With all that said Rich and Pat remained encouraging and faithful. They understood how important it was for us to sell the house.

While this was a challenging time I am grateful for their confidence and professional knowledge that resulted in success!!

Not sure who K.H. is who wrote that negative review because Pat Wheway and her team are exceptional. She really knows her business and puts 100% into everything she does. She returns calls while on vacation, at night, in the morning, when she is sick-you can always count on her to be responsive. She cares about her clients and will be honest with you if she things the house is not for you or is overpriced. She does far more than most realtors-she is in the top tier. Use her. I want people to know that having worked with Pat and Rich Wheway for 20 months to obtain a new condo was made possible because of their incredible support.
